Alchimia Holding

Altana Società Benefit S.r.l. is part of Alchimia S.p.A., a leading investment holding company wholly owned by Marina Salamon.

Over the years, Alchimia has built a strong financial and capital position by consistently reinvesting its profits in the growth of its portfolio companies, while allocating a portion of its earnings to support charitable initiatives through Web of Life (weboflife.com).

The Group also operates in the financial and real estate sectors.

With a strong commitment to environmental sustainability, Alchimia has invested in renewable energy through Alchimia Energy, developing and operating photovoltaic solar parks.

In 2014, Alchimia acquired Forest S.r.l. which produces and distributes the clothing brand Save the Duck. During its ownership, which lasted until 2018, the Group tripled the company’s revenue and profitability before selling it to Progressio SGR, one of Italy’s leading private equity firms.

Among the Group’s most significant portfolio companies were Doxa S.p.A., the historic family business and one of the leading international market research companies, whose majority stake was sold in 2019, and Connexia Società Benefit S.r.l., a digital communication agency, which was sold in December 2021.
